Work on the Building – A (consisting of 76 Flats) commenced in January 2007 and as on date we have completed a major part of the structure and the masonry works. Internal and External Plastering along with conduits for the electrical works and the plumbing works is in progress.

Work on the E – Block (consisting of 4 Row Houses) commenced in January 2008 and as on date we have completed the structure of this block. Masonry work is in progress.

Work on the F – Block (consisting of 4 Row Houses) commenced in May 2008 and as on date we have completed the plinth of this block. Casting of the columns and the slabs will commence in September, 2008.
